Doujin (or 同人 ) is a Japanese term referring to a group of people or friends who share a common interest, activity or hobby. In Japan, doujin would refer to a group of people who self-publish their works in the form of manga, art collections, merchandises etc. Some professional artists also participate in Doujin Conventions (e.g. Comiket) to publish materials outside regular publishing industry. While there are many Doujin materials that are based on popular manga, anime and video games, there are also Doujin Circles that publish original works (e.g. Guilt |Pleasure). 

 

Just like your favourite mangaka, doujin circles also need sales in order to continue producing awesome works that satisfy the desires of fans (and fujoshi =D). My Yorozuya aims to support the individual Doujin Circles and bring their awesomeness to Singapore!
